Freddy brings over ten (10) years of experience in the design and commissioning of electrical systems across a variety of sectors, including mission critical facilities, retail, high-rise residential, healthcare, senior living, and assisted living environments. His expertise spans all facets of electrical engineering, from factory witness testing and power system design to construction administration for both new construction and retrofit projects. Freddy has led short circuit analyses, breaker coordination, and arc flash studies, as well as the design of power, lighting, and grounding systems for Tier II, III, and IV infrastructures. Freddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University (now known as Kennesaw State University).
Antwan has over ten (10) years of experience in mechanical design, commissioning, and project management. While his background includes mechanical design for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities, his primary focus has been on hyperscale data centers and mission critical environments. He has comprehensive knowledge of the commissioning process, from Level 0 through Level 5, and has performed functional testing on a wide range of mechanical equipment, including computer room air handling units (CRAHs), computer room air conditioning units (CRACs), chillers, fanwalls, mini-split units, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), and variable air volume (VAV) systems. Antwan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University (now known as Kennesaw State University).
